Kullanım Koşulları

W4RDICA mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama, Ömer Çelik (Eskişehir, Türkiye) tarafından sunulur.

1. Hesap

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısın. Hesap bilgilerinin doğru olmasından ve şifrenin gizliliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin.

2. Planlar ve Premium abonelik

• Ücretsiz plan: her ay 2 kombin (avatar görseliyle) ve en fazla 8 parçalık gardırop.
• Premium: her ay 10 kombin (avatar görseliyle) ve en fazla 100 parçalık gardırop. Her kombin 1 ücretsiz avatar yenilemesi içerir.
• Premium, aylık otomatik yenilenen bir App Store aboneliğidir. Ücret, satın alma onayıyla Apple ID hesabından alınır.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
• Aboneliğini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
• Ödemeler ve iadeler Apple’ın kurallarına tabidir; iade taleplerini Apple’a iletmelisin.
• Kullanılmayan aylık kombin hakları bir sonraki aya devretmez. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için makul günlük ve aylık kullanım sınırları uygulanabilir.
• Plan içeriklerini ve fiyatları değiştirebiliriz; değişiklikler mevcut abonelik dönemini etkilemez ve Apple’ın kurallarına göre bildirilir.

3. Yapay zekâ özellikleri

Kombin önerileri, kıyafet görselleri, avatar görselleri, mekân ve dolap analizleri yapay zekâ ile üretilir. Bu içerikler hatalı, eksik veya gerçek ürünlerden farklı olabilir; avatar görselleri birer görselleştirmedir ve kıyafetlerin sana birebir nasıl duracağını garanti etmez. Bu içerikler tavsiye niteliğindedir; kararlarını kendi değerlendirmenle vermelisin.

4. İçeriğin

Yüklediğin fotoğraflar ve içerikler sana aittir. W4RDICA’ya, bu içerikleri yalnızca hizmeti sana sunmak amacıyla (depolamak, işlemek, yapay zekâ servislerine göndermek ve seçtiğin kişilerle paylaşmak) kullanma izni verirsin. İçeriğini sildiğinde bu izin de sona erer.

Yalnızca yükleme hakkına sahip olduğun içerikleri yükleyebilirsin. Başkalarının fotoğraflarını izinleri olmadan yükleyemezsin.

5. Kabul edilemez kullanım

Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanamaz; müstehcen, nefret içeren, taciz edici veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşamaz; başka kullanıcıları rahatsız edemez; sistemi kötüye kullanamaz, kullanım sınırlarını aşmaya çalışamaz veya Uygulamanın güvenliğini zayıflatamazsın. Bu kurallara uymayan içerikleri kaldırabilir ve hesapları askıya alabiliriz.

6. Hizmetin sunulması

Uygulamayı “olduğu gibi” sunarız. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz; özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu hüküm, tüketici olarak yasal haklarını sınırlamaz.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak, yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakların saklıdır.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde veya bu sayfada duyururuz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using the W4RDICA mobile app (the “App”) you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Ömer Çelik (Eskişehir, Türkiye).

1. Account

You must be at least 16 to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential. You can delete your account in the App at any time.

2. Plans and Premium subscription

• Free: 2 outfits (with avatar image) per month and a wardrobe of up to 8 pieces.
• Premium: 10 outfits (with avatar image) per month and a wardrobe of up to 100 pieces. Each outfit includes 1 free avatar refresh.
• Premium is a monthly auto-renewable App Store subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies; refund requests must be made to Apple.
• Unused monthly outfit credits do not roll over. Reasonable daily and monthly usage limits may apply to prevent abuse.
• We may change plan contents and prices; changes do not affect the current subscription period and are communicated according to Apple’s rules.

3. AI features

Outfit suggestions, clothing images, avatar images and venue and closet analyses are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or differ from real products; avatar images are visualizations and do not guarantee exactly how clothes will look on you. Treat them as suggestions and use your own judgment.

4. Your content

Photos and content you upload remain yours. You grant W4RDICA permission to use them only to provide the service to you (storing, processing, sending them to AI providers and sharing them with people you choose). This permission ends when you delete the content. Only upload content you have the right to upload; do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes; do not share obscene, hateful, harassing or infringing content; do not harass other users; do not abuse the system, try to bypass usage limits or compromise the App’s security. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Service

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
